Thank you for your purchase,
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. The amount will be refunded after deducting shipping costs. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
🔴 Customised / Personalised Products
Customised or personalised products are made specifically as per the customer’s request.
Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable once the order is placed.
However, if you receive a manufacturing-defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@foruindia.com for assistance.
RETURNS
All returns—except customised products (which are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect items)—must be postmarked within Two (2) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please share a delivery package opening video via email for return verification.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer support at info@foruindia.com, place the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, and the refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The approved amount will then be credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days from the date of processing.
You will be notified via Email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
For COD orders, the refund will be made via online bank transfer after customers share their bank details with us at info@foruindia.com or WhatsApp (+91-9996959458).
Refund Policy
The refund amount will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in product price thereafter will not be considered.
As we do not currently have a reverse pickup facility, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. Customers may only apply for a refund in line with our return policy.
EXCEPTIONS
For manufacturing-defective or damaged products delivered, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.
