Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframe
•    All confirmed orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
•    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
•    After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner.
•    We have partnered with reputed national courier service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Return/Cancellations Policy

Cancelled orders would be refunded if the products have not already been shipped. Products purchased online can be returned within 10 working days. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The amount paid would be refunded in 15 working days after deducting shipping costs.

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.
